We are now looking for an experienced and motivated professional for the position of Senior Scrum Master.

If you have:

• Advanced experience as a Scrum Master in complex environment (is a must).
• Profound understanding of processes and methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Lean, LeSS, SAFe®, Nexus, Spotify, ScrumBan, XP, Test Driven Development, Project Management, etc.).
• Advanced experience and practical introduction and implementation of Agile/Lean Core Values, Principles and Practices in Agile teams/Organisations.
• Advanced knowledge in collaboration management tools (e.g. JIRA®, Confluence®, Teams, other).
• Certification for CSM®, A-CSM®, PSM® or CSP-SM® or any other related to the position will be considered as an advantage.
• Knowledge of bank-insurance organizational structure and experience working with many stakeholders in different roles will be considered as advantage.
• Fluency in English (is a must).
• Master’s degree in Economics, Computer Science, IT or another related field.

• Drive cultural change by championing an agile mindset and ensure the organization is at the forefront of industry best practices.
• Enable organizational effectiveness – work with Product owners, Delivery leads and other stakeholders on creating and maintaining an Agile Community. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development as well as knowledge sharing throughout the Community.
