As part of our development, we are looking for an experienced Backend Developer to strengthen our technical team and actively contribute to the design and improvement of our internal tools and client-oriented platforms.

Job Description

We are looking for a Backend Developer specialized in Django and Python to design, build, and optimize secure and efficient systems aligned with our mission: helping businesses manage and secure their access and IT infrastructure. This position requires autonomy, technical expertise, and a pragmatic approach to delivering reliable solutions.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend components of our internal and client-facing applications.
• Design and manage relational databases with a focus on security and integrity.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs to support our platform’s features.
• Ensure the security and scalability of access control and information systems.
• Manage services and tools in the Python/Django ecosystem (deployment, CI/CD, hosting, monitoring, etc.).
• Optimize system performance and ensure high code quality.

Required Skills

Strong expertise in Python and Django.

Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL or other relational databases.

Proficiency in REST APIs and secure authentication protocols.

Knowledge of deployment and server management tools (Docker, Kubernetes, cloud services).

Solid understanding of security best practices in backend and access control systems.

Ability to work independently and provide robust technical solutions.

Proficiency in English is required;  French is a plus.

Proven experience with backend development in security-oriented environments.

Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures.
