SAP ABAP DEVELOPER (m/f/d)

The impact you will create:

• Implement new applications using Object-Oriented ABAP Programming, optimize and maintain existing solutions in one of the biggest SAP-System landscapes in Europe
• Help implement our SAP EWM system and ensure smooth functioning in productive operation
• Support the consulting team with technical issues by providing appropriate software solution architecture
• Process requirements in cooperation with internal and international colleagues, coordinate tasks, and integrate developments
• Design in an agile method with process experts, complex solutions for business requirements and international projects
• Assist in the innovation process with our SAP development team and in the evaluation of future technologies
• Continuously expand your knowledge, both independently and by learning from colleagues

Experience and skills you will need:

• A degree in computer science or an equivalent field with proven professional experience as a software engineer
• Strong knowledge in OOP, ABAP for Eclipse and new syntax and experience in OData Services development
• Experience in the design and implementation of complex applications with ABAP objects and another object oriented language as well as the use of interface technologies (OData, REST, IDOC, ALE, EDI, RFC)
• Knowledge of SAP EWM modules and project experience using OData and REST
• Architecture expertise and desire to work with new SAP technologies with advance analyzing, troubleshooting and debugging skills
• Knowledge in the fields of Clean Code, Core Data Services, S/4HANA, BOPF, FIORI, latest programming models (RAP and CAP) and paradigms would be considered as an advantage
• Strong English skills with reliability and accountability on assigned tasks
