The impact you will create:

• You and your team will improve the reliability and performance of our database services
• You will implement solutions and best practices for our database products
• You will ensure that we learn from errors and improve our monitoring accordingly
• You will minimize production outages with your colleagues and develop solution strategies
• You will ensure that our database services scale

Experience and skills you will need:

• You are a cloud enthusiast or want to become one
• Technical challenges motivate you
• Database Experience: You have experience with relational or NoSQL databases
• Technical Skills: You have knowledge of Golang, Kubernetes, and experience with automation tools
• Analytical Skills: You have an analytical mindset and can solve complex problems to improve the performance and availability of our databases
• Communication Skills: You have excellent communication skills and can explain complex technical concepts simply and understandably
• Willingness to Learn: You have the passion and desire to continuously educate yourself and learn new technologies to keep our database infrastructure up to date
