The Junior Scrum Master will be responsible for supporting Agile teams in implementing Scrum practices. They will facilitate Scrum events, assist in removing obstacles, and promote transparency within the team. This role involves learning and applying Scrum principles, supporting team dynamics, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts. The junior Scrum Master works under the guidance of the Senior Delivery Manager, helping to organize workflows, maintain project artifacts, and foster an environment of self-organization and cross-functionality.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Manage and oversee complex software development projects from initiation to completion.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.).

• Use specialized software to develop and implement efficient workflows, ensuring smooth project operations.

• Build and maintain project reports, dashboards, and metrics.

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.

• Support team members, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

• 1-2 years of experience in an Agile environment.

• Some exposure to software development processes.

• Agile qualification, specifically in Scrum is a plus.

• Familiarity with Agile project management tools (Jira).

• Proficiency in building reports and dashboards is a plus.

• Experience with other Agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on time.
