We are looking for a passionate Head of Delivery to aid the teams responsible for delivering the full range of services supporting our digital entertainment platform. You will be involved in various aspects of the product.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing the on-time production of priority features for 2-4 software development teams.

• Leading project kick-off meetings and ensuring alignment on the scope, milestones and the action plan between internal and external teams.

• Ensuring we have a time-based plan that is adequately represented in the product roadmap with a corresponding release schedule

• Monitoring and resolving impediments that put the delivery schedule at risk.

• Еnsuring adherence to the established Agile development practices and analysing teams’ performance to develop process improvement ideas.

• Track and report progress and status across all active projects regularly to relevant stakeholders.

You will need to have:

• 4+ years of experience in a Delivery or Project Management role.

• Solid understanding of the agile development framework.

• Good understanding of the system development life cycle.

• Practical experience in managing and following up on inter team communication in a rapidly changing working environment.

• Experience with project tracking and management tools like Jira.

• Having a technical background is considered an advantage.
