We are on the hunt for an experienced FinTech Product Manager to join our team and lead the development and enhancement of our online payment gateway.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders, to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing payment solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business.

You will manage the end-to-end product lifecycle – from discovery to execution and optimization – focusing on delivering seamless integrations, improving user experiences, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. If you thrive on solving complex problems in the digital payments space and have a proven track record of building and launching payment solutions, we want you on our team.

You will be responsible for:

• Develop and execute a clear product roadmap for the online payment gateway, aligning with business goals and customer needs.

• Lead the product journey, from research and ideation to development, launch, and post-release optimization.

• Drive the integration and optimization of payment methods, payment processors, and third-party gateway solutions.

• Enhance the end-user payment experience by ensuring reliability, speed, and simplicity in the payment journey.

• Partner with R&D, UX, Compliance, and Payment Operations teams to deliver products on time and within scope.

• Ensure solutions meet regulatory requirements (PCI DSS) and industry best practices for payment security.

• Use data analytics, customer feedback, and market insights to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

• Track key product metrics, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the payment gateway always performs optimally.

You will need to have:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, specifically within digital payments, fintech, or crypto.

• A solid understanding of online payment gateways, including payment processing, routing, orchestration, and payment methods integration.

• Demonstrated success in managing product roadmaps and delivering complex solutions in an Agile environment.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and customer feedback to drive product decisions.

• Experience working with APIs, third-party payment providers, and regulatory compliance frameworks (PCI DSS).

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

•A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for creating impactful user experiences

•Fluent English
