Engineering Team Lead

We’re looking for a hands-on Engineering Team Lead to manage a cross-functional software development team working on оur platforms.

You’ll be responsible for:

•Lead one development team, ensuring delivery, quality, and process adherence.

•Participate actively in the technical design & development of our products

•Plan capacity, manage workloads, and own the release schedule

•Ensure clean, testable architecture and code

•Coordinate with other teams and stakeholders for alignment and transparency

•Mentor developers and support their professional growth

You will need to have :

•5+ years in software development, including at least 2 years in a leadership role

•Back-end experience in Java / .NET development & cloud-native apps

Front-end experience with React / Angular / Vue

•Experience with Next.js is an advantage

•Strong understanding of software architecture, databases (PostgreSQL), and SQL

•Testing expertise (unit/integration/e2e)

•Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).

•Strong communication and leadership skills

•Experience in Casino/Sportsbook is a plus.

•Fluent English
