You’ll help shape a culture of invention, revolutionize the way we design, and push the boundaries of user experience with compelling visual design. At the forefront of creating transformative experiences, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across engineering and product to craft visually stunning, intuitive designs. You’ll build iconic visual systems and experiences that align with our brand identity and incorporate fresh trends, setting new standards for aesthetics and user interaction.

Approaching design through the lens of language, you’ll leverage your expertise in user experience design, design thinking, and product strategy to deliver impactful, intuitive solutions.

The Product Accelerate team is a passionate, international group dedicated to shaping the future of user experience. We are focused on crafting exceptional experiences, mastering execution, and setting new standards for design excellence across all SAP product suites. Working closely with cross-functional product teams, we play an integral role in aligning

strategies and directing change to optimize flows, features, and the overall product vision to create exceptional product experience.

How to become successful in your role:

• Have a strong sense for how to balance speed, good taste and high sense of aesthetics, using intuition and bold judgment.
• Lead and facilitate inspirational workshops with senior-level stakeholders at SAP, finding the ideal balance between pushing creative boundaries and maintaining brand consistency.
• Uphold SAP’s UI design quality and standards, contributing to and evolving our global design systems to ensure consistency and excellence.
• Work in close collaboration with design, product, and engineering teams to deliver exceptional, user-centered solutions that push the limits of design and innovation.
• Be a driver and owner of the creation and improvement of the design guidelines and mechanism to amplify internal adoption among all the cross-functional teams.
• Lead by example with enthusiasm and commitment to creativity, to motivate your partners and peers to achieve excellence.
• Stay curious, constantly learning the latest trends and technologies to implement best-in-class solutions that shape the future of user experiences.
• Convey ideas clearly and persuasively to leadership and executives, fostering collaboration and buy-in.

About you:

• 7+ years of experience, designing for Saas companies focusing on intuitive user flows.
• Demonstrating emphasis on strong UI and visual design skills.
• Strong passion with extremely high bar, to impact the team’s design quality.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present design ideas to leadership and executives.
• A passion for innovation and a desire to push the boundaries of design and elevate experiences to a new level.
• Champion design best practices and establish new patterns that can be contributed back to a design system that ensures consistency and scalability across our product suite.
