What you`ll do:
Summary: We are looking for an AI Governance Specialist to support SAP’s internal AI governance practices and help ensure responsible AI across the organisation. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to SAP’s AI governance framework and processes, working closely with the AI Governance and cross-functional teams to embed compliance, transparency, and trust into AI operations.
The Role: As an AI Governance Specialist, you will support in implementing and maintaining SAP’s AI Governance Framework in line with global standards such as the EU AI Act, ISO 42001, and NIST RMF. You will help operate the AI Governance Platform across the AI lifecycle—from intake and risk assessment to monitoring and compliance tracking. Your responsibilities include managing the AI Lifecycle, configuring workflows, and ensuring accurate documentation. You will collaborate with Development, Business, and Compliance teams to integrate governance into daily operations, assist with onboarding and training, and promote adoption of governance practices. This role is key to ensuring SAP’s AI solutions remain transparent, auditable, and compliant.
