The Role overview:

Our teams are growing and we are looking for an experienced Front-End Vue.JS Developer in a service-oriented architecture.
Our partners are industry-leaders in the lottery industry providing innovative thinking and exciting, revenue generating games and services to customers over the last decade and more!

The full suite of digital solutions includes world-class mobile application development, interactive games, player engagement platforms, iLottery systems and services, plus a variety of software solutions to help lotteries manage their operations.
As a Vue.JS developer, you will engage and collaborate on a daily basis with the customer team, and become an essential part of it.

You will contribute to the development of new products and features, on the user facing web apps. You will be involved in the maintenance of those products, and the improvement of their stability/scalability and performance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Technical requirements analysis, design preparation
• Assessment of new, cutting-edge, technologies
• Engage in solution-design discussions
• Responsibility and ownership of the successful implementation of parts of the solution
• Delivering robust, performant, best-practice code on time and to-quality
• Writing clean, readable and reusable code
• Participation in daily Scrums and agile ceremonies, provision of updates and collaboration with the team
• Delivering to deadline and to estimation & cadence as required in an Agile methodology

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Solid professional experience and proven track record of success in developing complex web-based applications and services with JavaScript
• Experience using Vue.js, Nuxt.js
• Excellent understanding of web app design methodologies and patterns
• Excellent knowledge of HTML5 and CSS
• Familiarity with API integration and Restful services
• Experience with version control systems
• Ability to “think outside the box”, to think like a user and not ‘just’ follow specifications
• Solid debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Demonstrable problem-solving skills
• Excellent team player and good, effective communicator
• Excellent communication skills in English
