QA Engineer

We are hiring…… QA Specialist

We are RobosizeME, a young technology company from the center of Olomouc, Czech Republic with entities in the US and Bulgaria. We create a better world for hotels by providing our clients in hospitality with comprehensive services creating AI agents and digital workers. We have recently opened a new office in Sofia.

We are seeking a talented and motivated QA Specialist to join our dynamic team who would be planning and testing new automation solutions and new components for the existing automation and collaboration with the development team to ensure high-quality bug fixes.

What is this job about:

• Quality analysis for RPA automation and integration solutions using UIs and APIs.
• Writing and maintaining test documentation (Test Case, Check Lists).
• Execution of test scenarios.
• Checking new functionality, fixed defects, regression testing after release.
• Working with a ticketing system (ClickUp).
• Working with UI Path.

The ideal candidate has:

• Attention to detail. Ability to notice issues and inconsistencies in software behavior.
• Logical thinking. Skill in breaking down complex software functions into smaller parts to identify potential points of failure.
• Ability to investigate, analyze, and identify the root cause of defects to prevent recurrence.
• Ability to clearly and accurately describe bugs.
• Collaboration skills. Work closely with developers, product managers, and other teams to ensure a high-quality product.

Preferred Skills:

• Skills in working with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger).
• UI Path Orchestrator. Familiarity with UI Path Orchestrator to monitor automation tasks, including their performance and logs.
• Understanding of Hospitality Operations. Familiarity with daily operations in hotels or resorts
• including booking systems, front desk processes, guest check-ins and housekeeping.
• Familiarity with PMS Platforms. Understanding of Property Management Systems used in the hospitality industry like Opera v5, Opera Cloud, Shiji.
