As a Creative team member at RingCentral, you will play a crucial role in developing a world-class web experience for the RingCentral brand. Reporting to the Web design lead, you’ll work closely with talented designers, writers, web developers, strategists, marketers, and leadership to champion the RingCentral brand across the organization with a key focus on driving new customer acquisition and optimized user experiences.

You will be working with small to medium-scale web design and email projects that require creative and unusual design thinking. You will be leveraging the existing design system and components, as well as updating and optimizing them. Your primary responsibility will be contributing to the entire design process, from ideation and interactive design prototype to close collaboration with the dev team by providing detailed specifications and necessary assets.

This role requires on-site presence at our office 4 days a week to support effective collaboration and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the web marketing team for optimization of web experience and providing best-in-class UX solutions.
• Define and optimize web users’ flow user and build interactive low-fidelity wireframes and concepts.
• Actively participate in AB tests by working with various hypotheses and ideas. Provide high-fidelity designs as well as optimize designs based on received data.
• Design high-fidelity design concepts and visual assets according to brand visual language and corporate design direction.
• Manage the development and review of the quality and accuracy of the web design system and sub-libraries.
• Provide a thinking and implementation framework for accessibility and inclusion in both the design and development process.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the design system based on feedback and industry trends.
• Maintain RingCentral’s Figma libraries for the web in accordance with the latest brand updates.
• Updating and developing dev specifications and guidelines.
• Collaborating with copywriters and marketers to position RingCentral as a key player in a market and highlight the key benefits and values of RingCentral products.
• Collaborate with design leadership to evolve our process, tools, and systems to ensure we’re creating great, consistent work.
• Work closely with the dev team to optimize the performance of web pages and maintain consistency across the web resources.
• Ideate and visualize motion design within the UX scenarios. Collaborate with motion designers by providing specifications and storyboards for JSON assets.
• Participating and contributing in brainstorming sessions, consistently using a sense of creativity, foresight, and good design judgment in developing and applying web trends.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in both spoken and written English, enabling clear and articulate presentation of work and effective justification of design decisions.
• 7+ years of web design experience and at least 2 years of practice in an enterprise or multi-product company.
• Strong foundation in the User Experience (UX) domain, complemented by a comprehensive grasp of core UX patterns and principles.
• A keen eye for intelligent UI design, coupled with a deep understanding of the latest design trends and emerging directions.
• Perfect knowledge of core Adobe Creative Suite design software and Figma.
• Understanding of core principles of UI motion design. Knowledge of motion design software such as Adobe After Effects is a plus.
• Ability to quickly ideate on design concepts and present them as interactive prototypes.
• Strong knowledge of web development specifications and requirements. Understanding base principles of CSS and HTML.
• Proactive self-starter with the ability to take initiative, work independently, and drive projects to successful completion.
