About the Team
We build and evolve high‑load, AI‑powered cloud communications services (UCaaS) that power telephony, audio‑video conferencing, instant messaging, and contact center solutions for millions of users. Our teams continuously ship new features while improving system performance, scalability, and reliability.
Role Overview
The Delivery Manager (DM) leads a multi‑team delivery “track”—coordinating several engineering teams across domains and locations to deliver product features with the promised scope, quality, and timeline. You partner closely with Product Management to convert the product roadmap into executable engineering plans, manage dependencies and risks, and drive release outcomes end‑to‑end.
This role requires on-site presence at our office 4 days a week to support effective collaboration and teamwork.
