Process Manager SAP RE / FX

In our Business Administration & Organization department at REWE Group, we are the experts for all business processes. With expertise in accounting and related commercial areas within the REWE Group, we design processes and guidelines. In the associated Commercial Real Estate team, we ensure the economic and organizational support of commercial property management as well as the mapping of processes in IT systems.

As part of our S4/HANA transformation, we accompany the rollout projects of our national and international companies. We support our departments within the framework of a key user concept and work closely with IT. Together, we strive for the best solutions for the digitization of our end-to-end processes. What you will do:

• Take responsibility, develop, and optimize business processes in accounting, especially in the area of commercial property management.
• Analyze the technical requirements of the processes and ensure company-wide coordination.
• Collaboraits with internal customers and the internal IT department to develop technical concepts and guidelines.
• Continuously improve accounting processes
• Available as a contact person for our colleagues in other European countries.
• Be a part of a forefront, taking on technical responsibility in project work and actively participating in change processes.

What we are looking for

• Basic knowledge with SAP Real Estate – Flexible (RE-FX) and a will to learn more.
• Strong analytical skills and independence
• You think in processes, communicate well, and can assert yourself when necessary.
• With your solution-oriented approach and persuasiveness, you tackle projects with determination.
• You thrive in an agile work environment and feel comfortable in it.
• Proficient in German and English, both spoken and written.

Any of the following is a plus:

• Completed technical university education Business Administration and/or Computer Science
• Experience with other SAP modules and products
