An opportunity has become available for a Mid-Level UX Researcher to join our team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of research projects from planning through synthesis, working closely with Product Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers. You’ll use a range of qualitative and quantitative methods to uncover user needs, evaluate product usability, and inform strategic decisions. Your work will directly influence how we prioritize features, design workflows, and improve user satisfaction.
Some of Your Responsibilities and Core Duties will be:
Plan and execute end-to-end user research using qualitative and quantitative methods (e.g., usability testing, interviews, surveys, diary studies, etc.)
Support team members when it comes to gathering, analysing, synthesising research data, and presenting or applying insights to the team’s work.
Translate research findings into clear, actionable insights and present them to stakeholders at various levels.
Develop and maintain research documentation, personas, journey maps, and other artefacts.
Maintain and continue to develop a centralised user research repository
Contribute to the development of internal research processes, templates, and best practices.
The Experience and Key Skills you will have:
4+ years of hands-on UX research experience in a product-focused environment (B2B or SaaS ideally).
Strong grasp of research methodologies across the discovery and evaluative phases of the design process.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to frame complex concepts simply and clearly, adapting for different audiences and organisational levels.
Create compelling evidence narratives that support a diverse range of customers and users over multiple geographies.
Familiarity with tools such as UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Dovetail, Lookback, or similar.
Comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Experience conducting international or accessibility-focused research.
Understanding of product analytics tools (e.g., Heap, Google Analytics, Tableau).
Salary budget for this role, depending on experience, ranges BGN 54,000 – 60,000 Gross per year.

Online interview with the Senior Talent Partner. This should last no longer than 40 minutes.
Online interview and talk through a User Research case study with the Head of Product Design and a User Researcher
Final interview with the Head of Product Design and Group Product Manager
