We are seeking a skilled Test Automation Engineer with a strong focus on front-end automation testing. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated tests for applications, ensuring high quality and reliability.
Some of Your Responsibilities and Core Duties will include:
Test Automation & Framework Ownership
Design and maintain a scalable automation framework for web and API testing.
Develop automated test scripts to validate application functionality and performance.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps.
Create automated test suites for each DevOps stage, ensuring continuous quality and rapid feedback.
Establish quality gates and reporting mechanisms within pipelines.
Collaboration & Mentorship
Align automation initiatives with strategic quality objectives in partnership with the QA Manager.
Collaborate with the project team to embed testing early in the SDLC.
Mentor Junior QAs on coding standards, test design and best practices. Contribute to peer code reviews.
The Experience and Key Skills you will have
3+ years of test automation experience in Agile and DevOps environments.
Proficient in CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps and programming languages like JavaScript, Python, or similar.
Hands-on experience with UI automation tools like Cypress, Cucumber, or similar.
Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
Experience in SQL scripting.
Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman.
Familiarity with Performance testing tools like JMeter.
