    Due to growth and expansion, an opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Product Manager. In this role, you will be helping us create amazing experiences for our users that support our mission.

    Some of Your Responsibilities and Core Duties will be:

    • End-to-end design from early definition and research through to solution and product development
    • Supporting and liaising with our User Research team in the early design phases
    • Proactively guiding design decisions with Product Managers, Developers, and Stakeholders
    • Designing and producing well-thought-out Designs based on research and data.
    • Following and evolving our design language to achieve best-in-class UI
    • Conducting and running usability testing on your designs

    The Experience and Key Skills you will have:

    • Minimum 5 years of industry experience in designing across web and mobile apps using evidence to drive solutions
    • Proven experience with designing for accessibility
    • Exposure to agile software development and B2B enterprise environments
    • Exposure to user-centric design practices and design thinking
    • Sound English communication skills and the ability to engage with various stakeholders.
    • Proactive, well-structured, and attentive to details

    Bonus:

    • Designing for motion and micro-interactions
    • Worked with some Frontend code
    • An interest in psychology or cognitive science
    • Please include a portfolio with your application to be considered

    The Interview Process:

    • Online interview with the Senior Talent Partner. This should last no longer than 40 minutes
    • Online interview with the Head of Product Design and a Product Designer
    • Final interview with the Head of Product Design and Group Product Manager
