Your experience should include crafting frameworks and standardising product metrics, centralising user and market insight, and ensuring both qualitative research and quantitative analysis are broadly accessible and consumable.

    Core responsibilities include:

    Data Analysis & Reporting:

    • Collect, analyse, and interpret data related to product performance, operational metrics, and analytics
    • Create reports and dashboards to track key operational and product metrics and use them to identify areas for improvement
    • Manage the Product Groups’ OKR dashboard, capturing data and ensuring accurate and timely reporting across teams’ OKRs monthly
    • Work with Product Teams on product dashboards, ensuring consistent measures and reports are in place to help track product health and performance (via Heap, Tableau, and other tools)
    • Manage the central feedback repository for qualitative and quantitative data for Product Teams
    • Own and update the monthly OKR dashboard, business review reporting, and other ad-hoc or regular reporting, ensuring accurate and timely data and information are provided in the required format(s)
    • Support the development of KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to track product and ops performance (e.g., incidents, support requests).
    • Document and maintain data sources and definitions to enable consistency in data gathering and reporting
    • Develop and deliver other reporting required by the business stakeholders (e.g., issue reporting, weekly product development, slippage monitoring, etc.)

    Process Improvement:

    • Collaborate with product and ops teams to implement data-driven changes and optimize processes
    • Support the implementation of new tools and technologies to improve efficiency for data gathering
    • Identify areas for improving how we gather data and automate processes where possible
    • Support the wider Product Ops Team with measuring the impact of new and existing processes by developing metrics, dashboards, and delivering regular reporting

    Collaboration & Communication:

    • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and concisely with data visualisation in either dashboards, presentations, reports, or other formats

    Tool Management:

    • Assist in the management of data tools supporting product development and processes
    • Ensure the necessary analytics platforms are in place to support reporting needs

    Experience, knowledge and expertise required:

    • 3+ years of experience in a Data-, Insights-, or Research Analyst role that worked closely with global Product/Engineering teams
    • A related completed qualification
    • SAAS or related industry experience
    • Strong ability to analyse data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions and recommendations
    • Understanding of basic statistical concepts and data analysis techniques
    • Ability to identify problems, develop solutions, and make recommendations
    • Confidently communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences
    • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
    • Good understanding of operational metrics relating to product management, e.g., incidents
    • Experience with data analysis tools and software (Heap, Tableau, Power BI) with an advanced proficiency in Excel or similar spreadsheet software
    • Good project management skills with an ability to prioritise, communicate progress, and deliver results across multiple workstreams
    • Comfortable presenting data and insights to senior team members and proposing and implementing new frameworks

    The interview process:

    About Reward Gateway

Reward Gateway is culture and client driven. We’re obsessed with putting the “Human” in HR and are proud to have been 100% dedicated to HR for over a decade. Since 2007, we’ve been right by the side of the world’s most innovative HR people, giving them beautiful products and tools they can use to attract, engage and retain their people.

The world’s most successful companies treat their people differently. They generate stock market returns of twice their peers and they have half the employee turnover. 76% of CEOs recognize that employee engagement is vital to their success but only 24% say they have a highly engaged company. Bridging that engagement gap is what drives us.
