Due to our growth and expansion, we are looking for an experienced Product Manager to spearhead the development and management of our Integration solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in product management, experience with technical products, technical integrations, strong analytical and technical skills, and the ability to influence team members and stakeholders across a global organisation to drive product success.
Some of Your Responsibilities and Core Duties will be:
Lead and support a cross-functional team responsible for creating a world-class integrations experience for partners, clients, and local product teams.
Design and build a framework for APIs that are truly global, with an emphasis on supporting country-level configurations that suit local markets.
Work closely with other product teams to uncover and deliver on API and other types of integration opportunities across the Reward Gateway platform, ensuring they are aligned with our north star metric of daily active users.
Define and monitor KPIs, contribute to the wider group OKRs, and align the team around the product vision and strategy.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to deeply understand API user pain points, needs, and desires.
Work closely with engineers to scope, deliver, and iterate the framework, documentation, and governance.
Apply continuous discovery techniques to ensure that integrations are valuable, easy to use, and commercially viable.
Lead backlog prioritisation and scrum ceremonies, and manage product & engineering support requests.
Measure and analyse product performance, using data-driven insights to inform product iterations and improvements.
Communicate product progress, challenges, and successes to stakeholders and team members, managing expectations and ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
Contribute to a culture of continuous innovation, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing within the product team
The Experience and Key Skills you will have:
A minimum of 4+ years of product management experience in a B2B and/or B2B2C context.
2+ years of experience working with Integrations, Enterprise-grade API products, PaaS, or core platform solutions.
Can reason with data and present confidently, with the ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
Has strong analytical skills and experience with product analytics tools.
Can lead a scrum team, set goals, and run continuous discovery and delivery.
Has excellent english communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence team members and stakeholders.
Has a strong understanding of user research, market analysis, and business fundamentals.
