An exciting opportunity has become available for a Junior Salesforce Administrator. The role’s main focus will be helping all parts of the business operate efficiently and successfully and will partner with our Sales, Marketing, Support and Finance departments. You will ensure the support and success of their daily operational and strategic goals and will be working in a fast-paced environment that is both exciting and challenging.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily administration and support of Salesforce
Responsible for providing day-to-day end-user support – maintaining and improving workflows, email alerts, custom objects, complex formula fields, page layouts, process builders, flows, assignment rules and troubleshooting bugs
Creating and managing components
Lightning Experience App builder
Create and maintain documentation on business processes, policies, system configuration, and training materials
Responsible for platform data security. Manage access and permissions through User Setup, Role Hierarchy, Profiles, Permission Sets, Public Groups, Queues, Sharing Rules, Security Policies, and Encryption
Design, build, document, test and deploy enhancements using industry best practices
Full capability of provisioning new chat channels and supporting them
Assist with testing Apex development in testing environment
Proficiency with building and managing automations
Creating and managing Salesforce flows
Train new and existing users on how to run reports and dashboards
Analyze business requirements, procedures and provide solutions
Troubleshoot and work with users to ensure Salesforce meets their needs
Keep up to date with Salesforce features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
Salesforce Administration Qualification(s)
A strong technical desire to work with software and learn, optimise and rework business processes
Ability to partner closely with appropriate stakeholders
Excellent oral and written communication and analytical skills. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative work style
Self-starter and operational problem solver
High attention to detail
