    We have an opportunity for an Implementation Team Leader to join our team in Plovdiv. In this role, you will lead and manage a team of Implementation Specialists to deliver world-class project management and ensure exceptional service delivery to our clients.

    Please Note: This is a parental leave contract

    Key Responsibilities

    • Continually refining internal processes to deliver the most effective project implementations for clients and ensure team efficiency
    • Communicating, collaborating, facilitating, and influencing across various teams and departments to form partnerships and share best practice
    • Act as the point of contact for service escalations and decision-making both internally and externally
    • Setting basic expectations and best practice standards
    • Identifying areas for improvement
    • Mentor, develop, and manage the Implementation team to be trusted technical advisors to execute implementations and provide the best onboarding experiences
    • Recruiting, inducting, and leading team members
    • Planning regular training sessions, end-of-quarter reviews, and team celebrations
    • Planning and allocation of team resources based on availability and technical expertise

    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

    • A minimum of 3 years implementation or project management experience, of which at least 1 year as a Team Lead or Team Manager
    • Proven success in leading a team in a client-facing project management environment
    • Experience in training, coaching, and mentoring colleagues
    • A confident communicator with the ability to encourage and empower others
    • Strong problem-solving, planning, and prioritisation skills
    • Ability to manage internal and external stakeholder relationships
    • Professional written and verbal English communication skills

    • Online interview with a Client Relationship Team Leader and Implementation Team Leader
    • Assessment Task
    • Final interview with the Head of Implementation and Implementation Team Leader
