• Python / Django / Flask
• Docker / Kubernetes
• Amazon AWS / Git
• Non-relational database (CouchBase)
• Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery
• Service oriented Architecture / Microservices / Multiprocessing

💻 Main Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and implement software solutions
• Drive innovation and adopt new technologies
• Collaborate in an agile, distributed team
• Lead architectural decisions and ensure code quality
• Mentor and guide developers; participate in hiring and onboarding
• Align technical direction with business goals

✅ Key Requirements 

• Previous leadership or team management experience (Tech Lead, Team Lead, Engineering Manager, etc.)
• Extensive experience in the Software development field 7+ years
• At least 3+ years of hands on coding experience with Python language
• Extensive web development experience
• Strong architectural and software design patterns knowledge
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software engineering or similar
• Fluent English
• Experience with AI/ML is nice to have
• Conference presentations, publications, or research project participation is nice to have
• Ability to teach and transfer knowledge to others
• Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills
