We’re hiring a senior backend engineer to lead projects, raise code quality, and help the team grow.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex backend projects across teams from plan to launch
• Keep code clean, well-tested, reliable, and easy to change
• Design systems that scale and handle failures
• Work with product, data, and infra to solve hard problems
• Coach engineers at different levels

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Requirements​​​

• 7+ years building backend services with modern frameworks (Python + Django, Node.js)
• Led large projects end to end
• Strong grasp of system design, performance, and distributed systems
• Set engineering standards and review designs across teams
• Clear communication and strong cross-team work
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Nice to Have

• Apache Airflow or similar workflow tools
• Data pipeline experience
• Infrastructure as Code and AWS
• Understanding or experience in Frontend (React)
