Main Responsibilities 💼

• Define and uphold coding standards, architecture, and best practices
• Develop scalable, maintainable software solutions
• Provide technical direction and ensure successful delivery outcomes
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Mentor junior developers and support knowledge sharing
• Implement and maintain automated testing strategies
• Design robust APIs and manage data integration
• Contribute to efficient development and deployment workflows
• Apply sound judgment in using cloud solutions
• Lead and participate in technical discussions and code reviews

Key Requirements 🔎 

• 10+ years of professional experience
• Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture
• Solid understanding of REST and gRPC APIs
• Proficiency with both SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS
• Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Familiarity with ORM solutions and database integration
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and BDD methodologies
• Confident communicator who can keep technical discussions on track and purposeful
• Proficient with Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and GitHub for source control and PR workflows
