💼 Job Scope

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer with solid backend experience in Ruby and frontend proficiency in React to join a next-generation fintech platform that is redefining how field sales teams manage schedules, track hours, and get paid on time.

You’ll work alongside a cross-functional team of developers, designers, data engineers, and product stakeholders, actively participating in architecture, feature development, integration work, and continuous improvement of the platform. Java experience is a plus but not required—what matters is your willingness to learn and contribute across the stack.

🧑🏽‍💻 Main Responsibilities:

Build and maintain scalable backend services using Ruby and modern frameworks

Contributed to the development of interactive, component-based UIs using React

Actively participate in system architecture and implementation discussions

Implement Java based integrations, don’t worry, you if you don’t have experience with Java, we also use a lot of AI tools daily.

Collaborate with DevOps and QA on CI/CD, automation, and test strategies

Integrate APIs, services, and tools in a microservice environment

Work closely with the Product team on defining features and user stories

Contribute to code reviews, unit testing, and documentation

Continuously improve system performance, security, and reliability

🧠 Main Requirements:

5+ years of hands-on development experience

Proficiency with Ruby on Rails (or similar Ruby frameworks)

Previous experience with React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript and frontend architecture

Experience working with RESTful APIs, relational databases, and Git

Familiarity with Agile development practices and distributed teams

Experience with SQL and NoSQL Databases

Excellent spoken and written English

Strong problem solving skills and customer oriented approach
