Lead Java Developer / Software Architect

We’re looking for experienced Java backend developer to join our team and contribute to building scalable, high-performance systems using modern technologies like microservices and robust data architectures.

Responsibilities:

• Design scalable backend systems based on requirements.
• Lead implementation and ensure clean, maintainable code.
• Mentor developers and enforce coding standards.
• Collaborate across teams for smooth integration and delivery.
• Drive best practices, code reviews, and workflow improvements.
• Support QA with test automation strategies.
• Coordinate on CI/CD and cloud deployments.
• Join Agile ceremonies and maintain clear documentation.

Technical Expertise:

• Strong practical experience with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture
• Proficient in AWS cloud, including deployment, configuration, and service management
• Familiar with core AWS tools such as RDS, Redshift, SQS, SNS, and others
• Degree in Computer Science (BSc/MSc)
