    Your Role

    As a Senior IT Administrator, you will oversee critical IT systems, network architecture, security controls, and production-related technology. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with responsibility for infrastructure design, operational stability, and proactive improvement. You will support and enhance the IT systems that power our large production center in Ravno Pole and help ensure uninterrupted business operations.

    Your expertise will directly impact the performance, security, and scalability of our IT environment, while supporting other team members and collaborating with multiple departments across the company.

    What You’ll Do

    • LPS Operations & Module Support: Provide advanced support for LPS devices and modules such as scanners, printers, mobile terminals, scales, sorting modules, and industrial PCs; install and maintain LPS modules and firmware; resolve production-floor issues to maintain operational continuity; collaborate with production teams on infrastructure improvements.
    • Network Device Management: Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise WiFi; support structured cabling (CAT6/CAT6A, fiber); configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and monitoring systems; maintain and expand VPN connectivity; ensure high network uptime across office and production areas.
    • Workstation, Printer & Peripheral Administration: Perform setup, maintenance, and upgrades of desktops, laptops, and peripherals; manage hardware replacement and lifecycle tasks; support printers, scanners, and specialized production equipment; install and maintain software applications.
    • Server, System & Active Directory Administration: Manage Windows Server environments, AD DS, DNS/DHCP, Group Policies, and authentication systems; administer workstation/server provisioning, OS deployment, patching, and configuration standards; support remote access and administrative tools.
    • IT Security & Compliance: Implement and maintain security controls including antivirus, endpoint protection, patching, backups, and vulnerability assessments; support access control systems, card readers, CCTV/NVR infrastructure; ensure compliance with internal security policies and best practices.
    • Cross-Functional Support & Documentation: Act as the senior escalation point for IT technicians; maintain technical documentation including diagrams, configuration records, and procedures; mentor junior administrators; support cross-department technology initiatives and infrastructure projects.
    • User Support: Assist employees with technical issues, responding to inquiries and resolving problems in a timely manner.

    What You’ll Need

    • Educational Background: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in IT administration, network operations, or similar senior technical roles.
    • Strong understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and enterprise networks.
    • Experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux systems.
    • Practical knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs. MikroTik routers, remote access and monitoring software.
    • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
    • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to produce technical documentation.
    • Proficiency in English – written and spoken.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work collaboratively.

    Nice to Have

    • Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, or other relevant certifications.
    • Security: Installation and maintenance of access control and video surveillance systems
    • Scripting Skills: Basic knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) for automation tasks.
    • Cloud Services: Understanding of cloud services and platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
