QA Engineering Manager

The Role

As a QA Engineering Manager, you will lead and mentor our QA team while staying hands-on with testing and automation. Alongside defining strategy, processes, and test plans, you’ll actively contribute to test execution and automation development. Your work will ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions across our products, driving excellence and efficiency in every stage of the development lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and others in developing and executing the team’s roadmap.
• Lead a team of QAs in planning executing and evaluating testing activities.
• Improve develop and implement QA processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Drive execution by organizing teamwork, setting goals, and holding the team accountable.
• Deliver high-quality functionalities within an existing products
• Define test strategies and test plans based on project requirements
• Engage in testing activities creates test documentation and provides QA support at every stage
• Define the scope of automation overseeing the execution of automation tests and analyzing the results

What You’ll Need

• 7+ years QA experience
• Test automation using Behavior driven development frameworks – Karate, Cucumber or similar
• SQL knowledge
• Experience in Web, Mobile and API testing
• Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good communication skills in both Bulgarian and English
