In addition to our production site, R&M is also represented locally by R&M Bulgaria, which has been active on the market for over 17 years and operates in 12 countries across Southeastern Europe.

We are ambitious, growing, and currently looking for a highly organized, client-oriented, and reliable professional for the position of:

SAP Technology Manager (Global Position)

We’re looking for a skilled SAP Technology Manager to support and manage the SAP environment for R&M group worldwide in close coordination with our external SAP Hosting Partner. If you have a strong background in SAP Basis and are ready to take ownership of technical operations, security, and continuous system improvement, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate with the external SAP hosting partner to ensure smooth operation of the entire SAP landscape.

• Continuously improve system security in collaboration with hosting partners.

• Administer the SAP environment, including user account management, printing, and software installations.

• Respond to service requests and technical issues within agreed time, cost, and quality standards.

• Serve as the point of contact for system inconsistencies and escalate issues as needed in regular service meetings.

• Suggest and implement improvements to systems and processes.

• Ensure compliance with R&M IT guidelines, internal regulations, and health & safety standards.

• Cooperate with global IT functions and other departments to support effective business processes.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Basis.

• Practical experience working with external service providers.

• Strong SAP HANA Basis knowledge.

• Basic knowledge of Windows Server and Networks.

• Experience with SAP Solution Manager.

• Understanding of ABAP programming.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Organized, process-oriented, and capable of setting clear priorities.
