IT Enterprise Architect

Main responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap in alignment with the business strategy.
• Design and govern scalable, secure, and interoperable IT/OT systems (ERP, MES, SCADA, IoT, etc.).
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend IT investments for Industry 4.0 and digital transformation.
• Provide expert guidance on IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and system integration.
• Lead architecture reviews and oversee solution design for complex projects.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders and influence decisions.
• Mentor teams, foster innovation, and drive cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements & Competencies:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an Enterprise Architect in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Solid expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure (Data structures), cloud computing (Azure, Microsoft 365, etc.), application architecture, and cybersecurity.
• Hands-on experience with interfaces to ERP (SAP or similar), MES, PLCs, and Industrial IoT.
• Proven ability to design strategic roadmaps and lead complex IT projects.
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
