    Regiocom is looking for Customer Support Specialist at Service Center Veliko Tarnovo.

    Your profil:

    • Excellent English level (C1)
    • German language (B2-C1) is not a must, but will be an advantage
    • You are willilng to support our customer by phone and via E-Mail
    • Excellent computer skills
    • you are motivated for a job in the field of telecommunications
    • you schow willingness to learn and want to became a high perforemer in the field
    • You are interested in long-term employment
    • You are a solution- oriented personality
    • You are able to work in team and individually
    • You have no problem to work on site at our Service Center in Veliko Tarnovo
    • You are flexible to work in shifts (MO-SUN, 5 -day week)

    Responsibilities:

    • Supporting customers with product and service related inquires by phone and via E-Mail
    • Identification of the customer needs and advisement on appropriate products and services
    • Order and data managment
    • Sales
