    Role overview

    The scope of the role is to serve as a Technical Support Specialist responsible for monitoring multiple integrated platforms, delivering front-line technical assistance to B2B clients through digital channels, and supporting quality assurance processes for new system deployments. The position involves creating analytical reports, consulting with clients on technical specifications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional service delivery. This role operates on flexible rotational shifts including day and evening hours, requiring fluent Spanish and advanced English proficiency, along with strong technical aptitude and organizational skills to manage concurrent tasks effectively.

    Essential Qualifications:

    Native-level Spanish proficiency required
    Advanced English communication skills (Upper-Intermediate to Advanced level)
    Strong technical aptitude including Microsoft Suite proficiency and understanding of web architecture fundamentals
    Adaptability to established workflows and procedures
    Strong organizational skills with ability to handle concurrent tasks

    Preferred Experience:

    Background in system monitoring or alert management
    Previous technical support experience
