Software Engineering Lead (.NET Focus)

Responsibilities

• Lead and actively contribute to software development projects with a focus on CRM and bonus systems
• Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality standards and encourage continuous improvement
• Evaluate, introduce, and implement new tools, techniques, and technologies to enhance development workflows
• Mentor and guide team members, providing support with technical challenges and best practices
• Collaborate with DevOps and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution delivery
• Design and develop proof-of-concept (PoC) solutions for complex technical challenges
• Create and maintain accurate technical documentation
• Facilitate onboarding and training for new team members
• Drive innovation initiatives and process improvements across the organization
• Ensure all work adheres to company policies, ethical guidelines, and confidentiality standards

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a technical or related role
• Strong proficiency in .NET Framework, .NET Core, and C# for web application development
• Solid knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MS SQL, Oracle)
• Hands-on experience with ORM tools such as Entity Framework, Dapper, or NHibernate
• Practical experience with in-memory data stores (Redis, Aerospike)
• Familiarity with message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar Pub/Sub systems)
• Proficiency with project management and version control tools (e.g., Jira, GitLab)
