Key Responsibilities

Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and design systems to deliver intuitive and engaging user experiences.

Define and execute long-term design strategies, identify opportunities for innovation, and promote design thinking across the company.

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align on product vision and deliver cohesive experiences.

Establish and evolve design standards, document processes, and conduct design reviews.

Apply insights from user research, usability testing, and analytics to improve product outcomes.

Mentor junior designers, provide constructive feedback, and foster a culture of design excellence and innovation.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design expertise.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and design system creation.

Strong knowledge of information architecture, user flows, mobile/responsive design, and user-centered design principles.

Excellent visual design skills, typography, and color theory.

Strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills.

Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Passion for games and understanding of what drives player engagement is a plus.
