About the Company

Our client is an internationally recognized digital competency center with decades of experience in e-commerce and technology. They are collaborating with a premium German sports car manufacturer on advanced eMobility projects, shaping the future of electric vehicle charging services across Europe.

The Role

We are looking for a Senior to Lead Java Developer who can take ownership of backend development and architecture:

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of high-performance Java backend systems (Java 17+, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA).

Architect and integrate REST APIs, microservices, and secure communications.

Mentor team members and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, including technical and business teams.

Ensure quality through testing strategies, code reviews, and best practices.

Contribute to roadmap planning, process improvement, and strategic technical decisions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Java backend experience.
• Expert in Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, SQL, microservices, and REST API design.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, AWS, or reactive frameworks preferred.
• Proven leadership or mentoring experience.
• English – C1 preferred.
