Scope of the Role

The Network Engineer will manage and optimize the organization’s network infrastructure, including LAN and WAN design, implementation, and monitoring. Key responsibilities include analyzing network requirements, using network management and troubleshooting tools, collaborating with IT/DevOps/Security teams on security policies, providing operational support for configuration updates and issue resolution, maintaining network documentation, and participating in on-call schedules.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
In-depth knowledge of network technologies and architectures
Strong experience with Cisco, Juniper, Dell, Fortinet, Mikrotik
Advanced knowledge of BGP, OSPF, Static routing, Firewalls, IPS/IDS, VPNs, dot1X, Spanning-tree
Cloud platform knowledge (AWS, Cloudflare)
Excellent English communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Team collaboration and organizational skills

Preferred:

Experience with Jenkins/Terraform/Ansible and scripting languages
Industry networking certifications
On-call availability for critical support
