About the Role

We are hiring a Senior SQL Server Database Administrator on behalf of a trusted client. Join a high-impact consulting team working on real-world data projects in Bulgaria and Norway. As a SQL Server Database Administrator, you’ll be part of an expert-led environment. This is the ideal next step if you’re ready to grow beyond maintenance into architecture, cloud, and automation.

What We are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a SQL Server DBA
• Strong T-SQL skills and solid understanding of relational databases and SQL Server internals
• Experience with HA/DR technologies like AlwaysOn, mirroring, and replication
• Troubleshooting and performance tuning expertise

Nice to have

• Experience with PowerShell, Azure SQL, Azure Monitor, or DevOps tools
• Analytical mindset, strong communication, and ability to work independently
