Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end feature development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through implementation, code reviews, and thorough unit/integration testing
• Collaborate with fellow engineers to design and build scalable web services, APIs, and applications
• Work closely with product managers and designers to translate feature requirements into impactful solutions that enhance business outcomes and improve customer experiences

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, React/Next.js, Cypress, SQL databases (Postgres), and AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.)
• Demonstrated success working on high-reliability, mission-critical systems (experience in finance, trading, gambling, healthcare, or other regulated industries is a strong advantage)
• Meticulous attention to detail, with a dedication to comprehensive testing practices in an environment that values reliability and precision
• Strong communication skills, coupled with curiosity, collaboration, humility, and problem-solving excellence
• Flexibility to occasionally attend evening meetings with US-based team members
