About the Company

We are hiring for a leading international fintech company that is scaling rapidly and innovating in the digital payments space. They are looking for a Senior Project or Program Manager to lead complex Agile delivery initiatives and support the development of PMO practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead cross-functional Agile projects and multi-workstream programs

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote delivery best practices

Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines

Support PMO evolution—frameworks, reporting, and portfolio oversight

Coach teams and drive continuous improvement across delivery units

Requirements:

5+ years in project/program management in tech/product environments

Strong Agile delivery experience (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or hybrid)

Familiarity with PMO standards and tools (Jira, Confluence, Excel, etc.)

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Fluent English
