About the Company
We are partnering with a fast-growing international fintech company that is transforming the way businesses manage digital payments. As the company continues to scale, we are looking for a Senior Project/Program Manager to take ownership of complex delivery initiatives while playing a pivotal role in the development of PMO practices across the organization.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Agile Delivery & Program Management
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional projects and programs using Agile frameworks.
Drive alignment between Product, Engineering, and Operations teams by promoting Agile values and practices.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure teams remain focused and adaptive.
Collaborate with product owners to define clear roadmaps, manage backlogs, and deliver value iteratively.
Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and blockers to maintain momentum.
Provide delivery visibility through tools like Jira, Confluence, and other Agile platforms.
PMO & Portfolio Leadership
Contribute to the evolution of delivery standards, frameworks, and governance within a maturing PMO structure.
Support leadership in developing a clear portfolio view aligned with strategic outcomes.
Build and maintain tools, templates, and reporting frameworks for both team-level and executive use.
Promote a culture of data-driven delivery and performance tracking through KPIs and metrics.
People & Change Leadership
Act as a change agent and role model for Agile excellence across teams.
Mentor delivery professionals and coach peers to improve overall delivery maturity.
Build strong cross-functional relationships and influence decision-making across business units.
Support broader business transformation efforts and foster cross-team collaboration.
What You Bring:
5+ years of experience in project/program management within product-led or tech-driven organizations.
Strong background in Agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or hybrid models).
Proven track record in managing multi-workstream programs and driving results.
