About the Company

Our client, a leading player in the global iGaming sector, is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to take full ownership of their Sportsbook vertical. This role is ideal for a product leader who combines strategic thinking, technical insight, and team leadership to deliver high-impact solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with business goals.
• Own and manage the Sportsbook roadmap, including:
• Trading capabilities – third-party integrations, proprietary systems, and internal tools to deliver a competitive global betting product.
• CRM functionality – promotional tools and systems that support acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• User experience – develop a high-performing, user-centric Sportsbook interface.
• Lead cross-functional teams throughout the full product lifecycle.
• Mentor and grow a high-performing product management team.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide strategy.
• Ensure smooth UX for internal teams, partners, and end users.
• Implement structured feedback loops and use customer journey mapping.
• Define and track KPIs to measure product and team performance.
• Drive alignment across departments and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Manage product budgets and optimize resource allocation.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within sports betting or gaming.
• In-depth knowledge of Sportsbook operations and betting industry trends.
• Proven success in launching and scaling digital products.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Passion for sports and gaming, with a user-focused mindset.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
