Our client, a dynamic fintech company committed to empowering businesses of all sizes through simplified payment solutions, is seeking a Data Engineer to contribute to building scalable data pipelines and supporting data-driven decision-making.

About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager for one of our fintech partners, focused on scaling and optimizing core card payment and transaction processing solutions. You’ll take ownership of product strategy, drive execution across teams, and shape the experience of high-volume B2B payment flows across international markets.

This role is ideal for someone with strong product instincts and a background in card acquiring, authorization logic, or alternative payment methods.

What You’ll Do

Define and lead the roadmap for payment method integration and processing optimization

Work cross-functionally with engineering, compliance, finance, and commercial teams

Analyze transaction data to improve authorization rates and cost efficiency

Oversee the full product lifecycle — from discovery to launch and performance tracking

Ensure regulatory alignment across multiple jurisdictions and payment schemes

Requirements

• 3+ years in product management, ideally in B2B payments or card processing
• Solid understanding of authorization, acquiring, and settlement flows
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
• Strong data literacy — ability to use insights to drive decisions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
