About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior .NET Developer / Technical Lead to take a key role in designing and evolving robust, secure, and scalable backend systems.

You’ll work closely with architects, product managers, and multiple Agile teams on high-load, distributed, real-time platforms.

What you’ll do

• Lead backend development and guide the team on best practices and architecture
• Perform code reviews and drive clean, maintainable code
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Lead refactoring, performance tuning, and scalability initiatives
• Build PoCs and technical spikes to evaluate new technologies
• Support CI/CD pipelines, automation, and dev tooling
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production systems
• Maintain technical documentation and collaborate across teams

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years professional experience with .NET Framework & .NET Core
• Strong background in distributed systems, real-time data, low-latency applications
• Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL, MS SQL, Oracle and ORM frameworks
• Experience with Redis, Aerospike, and monitoring tools
• Strong understanding of secure coding and security best practices
• Leadership mindset, mentoring skills, and strong communication
