Responsibilities
Lead backend development initiatives for CRM and bonus modules.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers.
Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to SOLID principles and clean architecture.
Collaborate with System Architects and Product Team to align technical solutions with business goals.
Identify refactoring opportunities and implement performance, scalability, and code clarity improvements.
Drive PoCs and technical spikes to validate solutions and reduce risks.
Promote automation, CI/CD practices, and continuous improvement in development workflows.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize production applications.
Participate in incident management and root cause analysis.
Maintain clear technical documentation and communicate risks effectively.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
6+ years of experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core.
Proven experience designing and delivering distributed, high-availability systems.
Strong understanding of event-driven architecture and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Hands-on experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MS SQL, Oracle) and ORM tools.
Familiarity with in-memory data stores like Redis or Aerospike.
Knowledge of security best practices and secure coding standards.
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, experience in multi-team Agile environments.
