What You’ll Own:

Drive full-cycle software development from conception to deployment and beyond

Craft exceptional, maintainable code while thriving in our collaborative environment

Enhance our testing ecosystem through comprehensive unit testing and QA collaboration

Shape technical architecture, planning, and estimation based on product specifications

Identify design gaps and assess implementation risks with strategic thinking

Partner with QA teams to ensure rapid issue identification and resolution

Lead code reviews and mentor new team members

Establish engineering excellence through best practices and process innovation

Stay ahead of technology trends and emerging industry standards

Essential Skills required:

5-7+ years of enterprise Java development mastery

Deep expertise in design principles and algorithmic problem-solving

Advanced Oracle database skills with Hibernate proficiency

Comprehensive understanding of software development methodologies

Git workflow expertise including pull requests and code review processes

Self-motivated learner with passion for acquiring and applying new technologies

Sharp analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities

Fluent English communication skills
