Headquartered in a major U.S. financial hub and backed by some of the most respected names in asset management, this company is building a next-generation, fully integrated investment platform that empowers financial advisors with cutting-edge tools and seamless end-to-end support.

    Requirements

    Must-Haves:

    5–7+ years of enterprise-level development in Java
    Strong grasp of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms
    Proven experience with Oracle databases and Hibernate
    Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git) and collaborative workflows (e.g., pull requests, code reviews)
    Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
    Self-starter with strong analytical skills and a continuous learning mindset
    Excellent communication in English—both written and spoken

    Nice-to-Have:

    Exposure to message-driven architecture
    Test-driven development experience
    CI/CD pipeline knowledge
    Understanding of concurrent and parallel programming
    Experience in the financial services domain
    Leadership experience or history of mentoring others
