Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer to take ownership of CI/CD processes, Kubernetes environments, monitoring, and infrastructure security. You will build reliable, scalable, and secure systems supporting mission-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines in GitLab
• Automate infrastructure and enhance reliability, security, and tooling
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Kubernetes workloads
• Build dashboards, alerts, and performance metrics in Grafana
• Implement proactive monitoring, logging, and resource tracking
• Manage firewall rules, VPNs, Cloudflare, and secure access
• Resolve incidents, minimize downtime, and maintain compliance
• Document systems, workflows, and best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering
• Hands-on with:
• Kubernetes & Docker
• GitLab CI/CD or similar pipelines
• Grafana, monitoring, and alerting
• Cloud infrastructure and bare-metal operations
• Networking, firewalls, VPNs, and secure access
• Scripting: Bash, PowerShell, Python
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL backups and migrations
• Focused on security, reliability, and high-availability systems
