About the Role

Our client, a leading fintech company, is expanding its cloud and infrastructure capabilities and seeks an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer. You will design and optimize CI/CD pipelines, manage infrastructure-as-code, and maintain hybrid-cloud environments in a fast-paced, innovation-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and maintain scalable infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible

Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar

Lead blue-green deployments and embed DevOps best practices across teams

Support highly available, secure systems through monitoring and automation

Operate hybrid-cloud infrastructure (Azure, GCP, Hyper-V) and disaster recovery setups

Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes

Apply expertise in API gateways, networking, and multi-tier architectures

Key Requirements

• 5+ years in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Cloud Engineering roles
• Proven experience with hybrid cloud (Azure, GCP) and virtualization (Hyper-V)
• Strong skills with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Vault, Consul, Nomad
• CI/CD expertise with tools like GitHub Actions or Jenkins
• Experience with artifact management tools (Artifactory, Nexus)
• Solid knowledge of networking, infrastructure security, and automation scripting
• Fluent English communication

Nice to Have

• Experience with image-building tools like Packer
• Background in high-availability or compliance-focused environments, especially fintech
