The Role

We are looking for a motivated DevOps Engineer to become part of our client` s team, contributing to the development and optimization of large-scale systems supporting millions of users globally. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining highly available cloud-native infrastructures while ensuring seamless CI/CD processes and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Set up, configure, and maintain application servers and databases in production and development environments.

Build and manage microservice-based platforms, ensuring reliability and scalability.

Implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response strategies to maintain system health and performance.

Troubleshoot production issues using logs, metrics, and automation tools.

Collaborate with cross-functional IT and development teams on environment setup and maintenance.

Continuously improve deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure processes using modern DevOps methodologies.

Ensure system availability, performance, and security through proactive maintenance and optimization.

Requirements

Proven experience (4+ years) as a DevOps Engineer or System Administrator in production-grade environments.

Solid understanding of web-based architecture and cloud-native infrastructure.

Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and Configuration Management.

Practical experience with:

• Git, Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, AWS (EC2, IAM, Route53, RDS, S3, EKS, etc.)
• Linux (Ubuntu preferred)
• Docker / Kubernetes
• FluxCD or ArgoCD, HashiCorp Vault, NGINX, Prometheus / Grafana stack
• Python or Bash scripting
• Knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
• Familiarity with artifact registries (JFrog, Nexus, Harbor).

Advantage: experience with Helm, Packer, Rancher, Kafka, Redis, Velero, Kyverno, or GO.

BS degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is a plus.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.

Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
