About the company
Our client, a leading fintech company, is strengthening its global infrastructure team and looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer. In this role, you will take ownership of designing resilient hybrid-cloud platforms, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring security and scalability across critical systems used in financial services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure-as-code with Terraform and Ansible.
Architect and operate hybrid-cloud environments (Azure, GCP, Hyper-V).
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, enabling blue-green deployments and seamless releases.
Oversee the management of Docker- and Kubernetes-based workloads.
Implement monitoring, automation, and disaster recovery strategies.
Define best practices for infrastructure security and networking.
Act as a DevOps leader within cross-functional engineering teams, driving adoption of automation and reliability principles.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Cloud Engineering roles.
Proven expertise in hybrid-cloud environments (Azure, GCP) and Hyper-V.
Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and IaC (Terraform, Vault, Consul, Nomad).
Advanced CI/CD expertise with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar.
Strong understanding of networking, infrastructure security, and HA architectures.
Proficiency in scripting/automation (Python, Bash, or equivalent).
Fluent English communication skills.
