Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain application servers and databases.

Build and support microservice-based application platforms.

Ensure smooth operation of production and development environments, resolving issues efficiently.

Implement monitoring and incident response strategies to maintain system health.

Investigate and analyze production issues using logs, source code, and development tools.

Collaborate with multiple IT and application teams for environment setup, maintenance, and support.

Maintain live products by monitoring availability, latency, and performance metrics.

Drive system improvements in deployment, monitoring, and maintenance processes.

Requirements

Strong understanding of web-based application architecture and cloud-native infrastructure.

Solid knowledge of DevSecOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), and configuration management.

Hands-on experience with: Git, Atlassian Stack (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket), Linux administration (Ubuntu preferred), Ansible, Terraform, AWS, Python/Bash scripting, Kubernetes/Docker, FluxCD/ArgoCD, Jenkins, HashiCorp Vault, NGINX, monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK stack), and artifact registries (JFrog, Nexus, Harbor).

Additional experience with AWX/Ansible Tower, Helm, Packer, Rancher, Kafka, Redis, Loki, Mimir, Tempo, Velero, Kyverno, Go is a plus.

BS Degree in Math, IT, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.

Minimum 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or Systems Administrator in production-grade environments.

Proficiency in technical English, strong organizational skills, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
